Powerecoads: This is Naoto Matsumura the 52 year old rice farmer who refused to leave the “No-go” zone in Tomioka, Japan after the nuclear disaster… now he takes care of all the abandoned animals in the area… Being aware of cancer threat he’s determined to stay after watching several local animals starve to death, he can’t let the same happen to the rest… and a year later, he still awaits, angered, for the government to do something.
